DescriptionAfter seven years with the Bucks in Milwaukee and five as a Seattle SuperSonic, Ray Allen was traded to the Boston Celtics on draft night 2007. Kevin Garnett was also traded to Boston that summer, setting up the debut of Boston's new "Big Three" of Garnett, Allen, and Paul Pierce during the 2007–08 season. It was an impressive turnaround as they finished with a league-best 66-16 record. They went on to defeat the Atlanta Hawks in the first round of the playoffs, the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference semifinals and the Detroit Pistons in the Eastern Conference Finals. In the 2008 NBA Finals, the Celtics faced their cross-country rivals, the Los Angeles Lakers. Allen contributed significantly to Boston's 17th championship, averaging 19.0 points per game and shooting 44.9% on 3-pointers during the six-game series. In the series-clinching game 6, Allen made an incredible seven 3-pointers. Pay homage to Allen and his unforgettable first season in Boston with our authentic recreation of his alternate Celtics jersey.
